Parking at St Denys

I'm looking to rent out my spare car parking space. The space is within a shared car park which is used by 3 other cars. The [more] space is located behind my property which is secure and private. The walkway to the space is well lit by security lights. The space is a 5 minute walk from Bedfrod Place and a 10 minute walk from town. There is a bus stop a 2 minute walk from the property where buses regulary go down to West Quay and the bottom of town. We are 1990 meters away from St Denys train station and a 15 minute walk from the City Centre train station. I am looking to rent this space out 7 days a week between 6am and 8pm. Overnight stays on request. Over Christmas and New Year is no problem as I know we all want to pick up those bargains!!

We have offroad parking for 2 cars outside our house, but only one car, so the space is available almost constantly, unless we [more] have visitors. We're a 2-minute walk from Woolston station (trains stopping at every station to Southampton Central or Portsmouth, roughly every hour) and the Itchen toll bridge (a 10/15-minute walk across the bridge to the bottom of town or St. Mary's stadium - there are plenty of buses over the bridge). Space should suit someone working in or near town, wanting to avoid traffic or high parking expenses, or going to the stadium when there are matches on or bands playing.
