Pasta is where Timo's kitchen really excels; everyone loves to start with tortellioni filled with braised guinea fowl, beetroot butter and thyme, followed either by ravioli stuffed with ricotta, spinach, butter and sage (lunch menu) or tagliatelle with prawns, asparagus and cherry tomatoes (a la carte). If there's room, order the chocolate and hazelnut fondant; it's exquisite.
