Private Parking space behind the property, in a car park reserved for residents. 5 minutes walk to either the town centre or [more] train station.

Going to the Ricoh, take the hassle out of parking and getting away from the Ricoh by leaving your car on my drive, safe and [more] secure, 25 - 30 min walk or 5 min by car (extra charge).
