I have two secured parking places which i need to rent out i live in a nice culde sac in grangetown im 5 min walk away from [more] cardiff city football ground and less than 10 mins from the city centre millenuim stadium

Secure Garage - Just off Newport Road 3 min walk to Queen Street 5 min walk to Queen Street Train Station 5 min walk to Capitol [more] Shopping Centre 10 min walk to New Theatre, St David's Centre 10 min walk to Cardiff International Arena 15 min walk to Millenium Stadium

5 mins from mermaid quay in cardiff bay, about 15 mins walk from the town centre. 5 mins to local train station.

10-15 minutes walk from Cardiffs Millenium Stadium, Arms Park and Cardiff City Centre. Also 5 minutes walk from Cardiff [more] University, this may sound like a little longer than the desired amount however there is a bus stop outside the house to the city centre, alternatively the walk can be broken up by any of the 25 or so pubs on the way to the stadium, it also means that on match days you can come into the city from one of the quieter roads and park outside of the major traffic hot spots on the day of the game. Our parking space gives the freedom to come and go whenever you please on a match day and is locked and secure to save the hassle of having to work around the opening times of the NCP parking structures, and finding a space. might even through in a cup of tea.

Space is located in a private complex in Cardiff bay 2 minutes walk from the national assembly. Regular bus service from just [more] outside the residence. The space has good links to the m4 and town centre. Ideal for commuters to in and around the city centre.

Garage in residential area. 5 min drive to city centre. Close to bus stops with routes in Cardiff and to other areas. Not [more] suitable for long or wide vehicles. Available on a weekly basis.
