The road is [more] directly off the high street and the space is in a front drive of a house. The road is safe and quiet and the station is very close by. New Malden has direct trains to the city reaching the centre in under 20mins.

Parking space on driveway near to A3 and just a 10 minute walk to New Malden train station. Only 5 minute walk to New Malden High [more] Street. Trains to Waterloo ever 10 -15 minutes as well as trains to Kingston, Richmond, Sheperton, Hampton Court. The driveway fits 2 cars side by side and my car will be parked on half the driveway.
