Based on a residential street we have a large gravelled driveway with gates available 24/7. We are based just a 10/15 minute [more] walk away from Northern Rock and a 5 minute walk to Fawdon Metro station. There is someone at home most of the day and every night and we have full view of the driveway with it being situated at the front of our house.

5 mins from Kingston Park Falcons Rugby Club, about 10 mins metro ride from Newcastle Airport, park your car and get on the metro.

The space is adjacent to st James Park and within seconds of the Royal Victoria Infirmary and Newcastle University main campus
