It's undercover and protected from the sun, rain, etc You would need a fob to access the space - to open the gates.
Park is on the Romford Road, close to the university, library and all the shops. It's a driveway, so easy to access and no key or [more] fob is required. The house normally has someone there 24 hours a day if you need something just knock on the door.
