We have offroad parking for 2 cars outside our house, but only one car, so the space is available almost constantly, unless we [more] have visitors. We're a 2-minute walk from Woolston station (trains stopping at every station to Southampton Central or Portsmouth, roughly every hour) and the Itchen toll bridge (a 10/15-minute walk across the bridge to the bottom of town or St. Mary's stadium - there are plenty of buses over the bridge). Space should suit someone working in or near town, wanting to avoid traffic or high parking expenses, or going to the stadium when there are matches on or bands playing.

Space across drive or room for small car in driveway in quiet, well lit residential area. One minute walk to bus stop for [more] St.Mary's Stadium, Southampton General and Princess Anne Hospitals, Southampton Solent University and City Centre. 10 minutes taxi ride to Southampton University, Southampton central Station, Southampton Airport and Cruise Terminals. Price negotiable.
