Hi This posting is for a reserved car park space in Express Networks in the Northern Quarter which is just off Great Ancoats [more] Street. It's an electronically gated car park which has CCTV in 24 hour operation. It's very secure and you would be given a remote to access the car park which can be accessed 24 hours a day. Contact me if you are interested in the space. We are looking for £100 a month but would be willing to negotiate. A small deposit would also be needed.

The drive is situated a two minute walk to the nearest bus stop which can take you to Manchester City Centre in 7 minutes, as [more] well as Salford Quays, Old Trafford, The Trafford Centre and Salford Precinct. The parking space is set on a quiet street and has enough room to fit 4 city cars although I am only letting for 1 to avoid the blocking of the first car. Also with in [more] touching distance of the tram services therefore old trafford, trafford centre and other locations are easily accesible via this transport (and also very cheap!) you can walk to city centre in around 5-10 minture depending on which route you choose. Oxford Road is 5 mins away and also Piccadilly Station could be reached in no longer then 10-15mins max. Great hassel free opportunity for some underground parking.
