Parking at Fox & Hounds

Parking space availiable in luxury riverside development in St Denys, Southampton. St Denys is no more than 2 miles from the [more] city centre, on the right side of the river (the city side). It is very close to the M27, M3 and St Denys train station. It is a quiet, safe area where mainly families, young professionals and some students reside.The space is undercroft parking - underneath the residential flats. The carpark is therefore roofed and fully lit all day and night. It is also watched by CCTV at all times. The owner does not have a car and therefore is renting the space out.

We have offroad parking for 2 cars outside our house, but only one car, so the space is available almost constantly, unless we [more] have visitors. We're a 2-minute walk from Woolston station (trains stopping at every station to Southampton Central or Portsmouth, roughly every hour) and the Itchen toll bridge (a 10/15-minute walk across the bridge to the bottom of town or St. Mary's stadium - there are plenty of buses over the bridge). Space should suit someone working in or near town, wanting to avoid traffic or high parking expenses, or going to the stadium when there are matches on or bands playing.
