Haringey Park Close is not on A-Z and is a development of four modern houses, each with its own private carport. This I am [more] offering for rent. We are situated inbetween Nos 19/20 Haringey Park, just off the bustling Broadway with an abundance of shops, smart cafes and restaurants. Highgate tube is 15 mins walk away and Finsbury Park is reached on W7 bus from The Broadway in 10 mins. Hornsey British Rail Station is also five mins walk if travelling into The City. Space is located at the rear of a private block, the entrance to which is gated and locked. Entry is gained by a combination lock (so no key to lose!) which will be provided on allocation of the space - accessable 24/7. Flexible lettings ie Long/Short term basis available. Slight draw back being that the entrance to the parking facility is rather narrow so will suit smaller town 'run-around' cars ie Not larger/4x4 models as they will not fit.

The space is in a secure underground garage underneath the apartment block, Chester Court. Entrance to the garage is by bleeper.
