Private Parking Bay empty during the day and available to rent, 5 minute walk to Grays station also available at weekends if you [more] need it. Parking at Grays station is currently £4 a day and £61 a month. I am willing to negotiate on the daily price of £3 if you wish to rent out the space for longer.
