The space we have available is a yard to the rear of our house, which is accessed by a wide alleyway. It is quite small so would [more] only suit small cars. It has a double opening gate which is not loackable, but cannot be seen from any roads. It is a secluded spot in the middle of The Groves, and would suit anyone working in the centre of town, or York City Football fans (KitKat crescent is only 5 minutes walk away, via a Pub).
