I have adrive to the side of semi detatched house with space for 4 cars. We are 3 minutes from university hospital of Wales [more] (cardiff).Bus links to Cardiff City centre (millenium stadium) is a one minute walk away.

The parking space is only 3 minutes walk from Heath Hospital and a short walk to regular transport links to the city centre.(2 [more] miles away). The space is gated and is large enough for most cars. As I work from home someone is normally in the house.

Available from 6am to 6pm Mondays to Fridays. Week ends and evenings to be negotiated. 5 minutes walk to University Hospital [more] Wales Cardiff. Walking distance and good bus service to the City Centre and Millennium stadium. Walking distance to local railway stations to the City Centre. Also excellent parking for Rugby, Football and Cricket matches as walk able to the venues in Cardiff centre. Lifts to the venues available for advance bookings and a small fee.

Driveway available - 2 minutes from UHW. 5 minutes from bus stops to city centre (approx 2 miles distance).

Garage for rent only 500mts to heath hospital close to parking restricted student hall of residence. Also outside front onroad [more] parking using visitors disc in residents only area parking form 8.00 to 17.30 monday to friday

10-15 minutes walk from Cardiffs Millenium Stadium, Arms Park and Cardiff City Centre. Also 5 minutes walk from Cardiff [more] University, this may sound like a little longer than the desired amount however there is a bus stop outside the house to the city centre, alternatively the walk can be broken up by any of the 25 or so pubs on the way to the stadium, it also means that on match days you can come into the city from one of the quieter roads and park outside of the major traffic hot spots on the day of the game. Our parking space gives the freedom to come and go whenever you please on a match day and is locked and secure to save the hassle of having to work around the opening times of the NCP parking structures, and finding a space. might even through in a cup of tea.

Its a private gated area to a park which is at the back of my property. You will have a key cut to Wooded 6ft Gates so you can [more] come and go as you please. It is 10 mins walk from City Centre but Buses run from opposite the house(literally opposite) every half an hour. Small parking area ifeal for smaller cars not situed for larger vehicles.
