The parking bay is in a private gated complex, with 24 hour CCTV and a security patrol. The space is sheltered and entry to the [more] complex is gained via an automatic gate operated by a private remote (no need to even leave the car). The area is very well light at night. It takes me literally 4 mins walk to bow road underground and maybe 7 to mile end. Bow church DLR is at max 5/6 mins walk and gives easy access to the business district. The complex is supplied with very good bus links and means it gives ideal access for anyone working at the Royal London hospital. Also outside congestion zone. Price advertised is negotionable.
