Parking space available in private communal car park. The communal car park is surrounded by 4 small blocks of flats that are 2 storeys high and are placed in an L-shape. The parking spaces are used by residents and as I don't have a car (but can drive), then my parking space is available. The communal car park is very close to shops and train stations (within walking distance) in Newton-Le-Willows and Earlestown and each block of flats has an outside light to provide lighting throughout the night, every night. I live 5 mins from the M6 motorway and East Lancs Road and 10 mins from the M62 motorway. Access to the parking space whenever you want it.

Hi This posting is for a reserved car park space in Express Networks in the Northern Quarter which is just off Great Ancoats Street. It's an electronically gated car park which has CCTV in 24 hour operation. It's very secure and you would be given a remote to access the car park which can be accessed 24 hours a day. Contact me if you are interested in the space. We are looking for £100 a month but would be willing to negotiate. A small deposit would also be needed.
