My Mother in Law has got a driveway available for rent that is only 5 mins walk from Fareham Train Station or 15 mins walk from [more] Fareham Town centre. Due to the mayhem of the parking in and around the area this would suit business men/women who commute on a daily basis from Fareham train station.

Private space in front of garage for rent, only 7 mins walk from Fareham Mainline Train Station, or approx 10 mins walk from [more] Fareham Town Centre. Available all year round.

Up to 5 car parking spaces located within a private car parking area in Fareham town centre. The towns prime shopping [more] location of West Street and the mainline railway station are both with in easy walking distance. The spaces are in Malthouse Lane off Osborne Road South close to its junction with West Street.

We're a 2-minute walk from Woolston station (trains stopping at every station to Southampton Central or Portsmouth, roughly every hour) and the Itchen toll bridge (a 10/15-minute walk across the bridge to the bottom of town or St. Mary's stadium - there are plenty of buses over the bridge). Space should suit someone working in or near town, wanting to avoid traffic or high parking expenses, or going to the stadium when there are matches on or bands playing.
