The garage is being used by myself to store my motorbike and a few personal belongings but appart from that plenty room for another motorcycle / scooter. The garage is accessed by a solid wood sliding door with a lock on. It is going to be upgraded so that there will be padlock and chubb lock as well (you will have keys for these). There is good lighting inside the garage. Also to note I have never been broken into in approx 4 years of having the garage there. It will be shared as I do use the garage as mentioned above.
